    Llanberis Development Group maintain an up-to-date list of attractions and information connecting the village to Wales' highest mountain.

    The website of the annual filmfestival hosted by the neighbouring village.

    The famous little railway carrying tourist to the summit of Snowdon from Llanberis.

    The massive pumped storage electric power scheme near to KMC has its own visitor centre in Llanberis. This site also features reliable web cameras showing the surrounding mountains

    Roundhouses based on the dwellings of Neolithic and Iron Age people. Complete with resident storyteller.
  • Web Link Pete's Eats
    A few minutes walk from KMC, this eating place purpots to be "possibly the best caff in the world" and certainly comes highly recommended if you are looking for decent quality large portions at a resonable price.

    Hardly local (at thirty miles from KMC) but our nearest multiscreen cinema.

    The National Mountain Centre offering a wide range of high quality courses in land and water-based adventure activities. They have a dry ski slop and a climbing wall which could be used for a half or full day.

    A large indoor climbing wall with some of the best facilities in Britain.

    A large slate quarry and mine providing an underground tour (Miners Tramway and the Deep Mine) and plenty of surface attractions.
