We are fortunate to have a wide range of exciting and high quality climbing venues nearby.

With a variety of challenges available, we can cater for all abilities.

tom_samGorge walking
Gorge walking is always a very popular activity. It involves walking and scrambling up a riverbed in a steep sided gorge. It usually involves some use of the rope and getting wet! There may even be the opportunity of scrambling up a waterfall.

There are many excellent venues in and around Snowdonia that cater for all abilities from the very timid first timer to the rock athlete. In a rock climbing session people are encouraged to have a go at belaying, learn how to safely put on a harness, climb and where possible abseil. We visit local and mountain crags and also have access to excellent sea cliffs. There may also be the opportunity of visiting an indoor climbing wall. The Beacon climbing wall has the reputation of being one of the best indoor walls in Britain.

This activity usually takes place in the summer months on the cliffs of Anglesey. It involves rock climbing along the sea cliffs just above the sea. Sometimes it is necessary to continue along the traverse by crossing with the use of a rope. You do not have to get wet but there is often the opportunity to jump into the sea!
